Telehealth & Face-To-Face
No matter your location, we believe you deserve access to quality healthcare! The following service fees are standard with all of our practitioners, and across both our in-practice & online consultation options.
Please note that you may receive partial refund to the below fees from Medicare if you hold a Team Care Arrangement health plan, or your private health insurance if you are covered for 'Extras'. We also accept DVA cards & NDIS referrals - please feel free to reach out to us directly
The following consultation fees are effective as of January 1st 2026.
All initial patient bookings must pay a 50% deposit, at the time of booking, to secure your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
Things happen, we understand. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, you’re all sorted! Any sooner:
– Greater than 48hrs notice: no fee
– Cancellation 24-48hrs before appt: 50% fee
– Cancellation less than 24hrs before appt: 100% fee
– Missed appointments or no notice ahead of appointment time: 100% fee
If you wake unwell on the day of your appointment, we will see you via Telehealth instead. Otherwise, cancellation fees apply.
Been a While?
If you haven’t seen your physiotherapist for over 12 months – we need some extra time to catch up thoroughly. Please book in for an initial appointment again.
