Pelvic Health Services

Here's what to expect within your appointments with The Healthy Peach Physio. We want you to feel as comfortable & welcome as possible through every step of your pelvic health journey.

Your Initial Appointment

When you first attend The Healthy Peach Physio you will have an initial assessment with your Physio. You can expect your first session to be about 1 hour long, due to the complexities that sometimes come with these conditions. During your first session, we will discuss your condition in depth and start to create a plan that will help achieve all of your goals.

Once we have finished this discussion, and you feel that you have shared all you need to with us, we will determine the best assessments required to gain a clear picture of your condition and validate our treatment plan.

The assessment phase may not occur in your initial visit. Sometimes the there is a lot to discuss before we get there!
